Our new and improved Clubhouse still requires a password -- the same one as we've been using for the past few years -- but there are some changes to the login feature that asks for your password.
So you will no longer see the familiar old password pop-up on most of Clubhouse. Here's what this looks like, in case you haven't seen it in a while:
Instead, you'll see a login page like this:
When you encounter this page, enter: your username, and password, same as it ever was. (If you don't know what it is, read the login page left column carefully and it will become clear.)
Don't forget to check that "remember me" box! If you do, you'll see this page as infrequently as possible, which is what you want.
A few areas of the site will retain the old password pop-up window. These will generally be special protected areas like Advancement, and OEP, and Finance, and staff needing access to those areas should continue using the passwords they've always used here.
We're hoping for smooth sailing but it's possible that for the first few days (October 16-19), there will be some funky password issues. If you have any questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- A clear description of the page you're trying to reach. The exact address (URL) is best.
- The username/password you're trying.
We'll help you as fast as we can.
